Regional Sales Manager – Automotive Diagnostic & Emissions Equipment
Field-based, UK-wide (based anywhere, with visits to the Banbury office as needed)

£34,000 basic | OTE £46,000–£54,000 | Commission uncapped

About Premier Diagnostics

Established in Banbury in 1997, Premier Diagnostics is a UK manufacturer of advanced automotive emissions testing equipment, trusted by garages and MOT stations nationwide. With patented designs, DVSA-compliant equipment built in-house, and a nationwide team of UKAS-accredited service engineers, they've built a reputation for reliability and expert support across MOT stations, independent garages, main dealerships, fleet operators and local authorities.

They're now looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to join the team and grow their customer base further.

The Role

You'll manage your own region, out on the road building relationships with garages, MOT stations, dealerships and fleet operators, generating new business and developing existing accounts. You can be based anywhere in the UK — this is a genuinely field-based role, with visits to the Banbury office as needed. It's suited to someone who's comfortable being self-directed, confident picking up the phone to open doors, and motivated by uncapped earning potential.

£34,000 basic salary, OTE £46,000–£54,000

Hotels and meals paid for when travelling
Flexibility to be based anywhere in the UK

What You'll Be Doing

Proactively cold calling and prospecting to generate new business across your region
Building and managing relationships with garages, MOT stations and fleet operators
Travelling within your region and nationally, committing to 2–3 nights away per week as needed
Managing your own diary and pipeline with minimal oversight
Visiting the Banbury office periodically for team meetings and support
Representing Premier Diagnostics' products and values professionally in every customer interaction

What We're Looking For

Confident, resilient cold caller — you're not put off by a no
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Financially driven, with genuine ambition to earn
Organised, with strong time and diary management
Comfortable with regular overnight travel (2–3 nights a week)
Immediate or early availability is a plus, but we're prioritising the right person over the fastest start
