Full job description

What you’ll be doing…
Your key responsibilities as the Administrator will consist of:

Ensure bookwork and written communication is completed accurately and to specified deadlines
Ensure all general administrative duties are up to date completed to the highest standard
To take notes at all required meetings
To maintain client and Lexington confidentiality and security at all times
To ensure that site records are maintained for the following areas: COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and employees
To ensure all requests for catering are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner
Ensure all typing is completed to the highest standards
Ensure brochures are updated shared with the correct stakeholders
Ensure communication between kitchen, hospitality team, retail team and yourself is prominent thus ensuring all clients demands are met and exceeded
Ensure all records are kept for past menu bookings and forth coming events
Ensure all customer comments and suggestions are passed on to the manager immediately
To assist team and senior management with administration duties when required
Ensure clean and tidy smart uniform at all times.
To carry out reasonable task asked of you by any member of the management team
To work overtime requested providing reasonable notice given.

Working Pattern: Fixed term contract | Monday to Friday

Excellent working in a team or alone
Previous experience in a similar role/administration
Microsoft teams experience
