Job Overview

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, responsible for preparing and cooking delicious dishes that delight our guests. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision and consistency, following established recipes and standards.
Manage specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared efficiently and to high quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within your designated area, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist in meal preparation during busy service times, supporting the overall flow of kitchen operations.
Monitor stock levels within your section, report shortages, and help with proper food storage practices.
Collaborate closely with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and uphold our culinary standards.
Follow all health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment for everyone involved.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant kitchens is highly desirable but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety practices, and meal presentation.
