Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Claims Handler to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless process from initial report to resolution. Your organisational skills and clerical experience will be essential in handling documentation, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining precise records. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a customer-focused environment where your efforts directly impact client satisfaction and operational success.

Key responsibilities

daily review of intakes to make sure claims are raised accordingly
collaborate with operations team to ensure claims are fully supported with the necessary evidence and documentation.
Notify grower of claim in a timely manner
Arrange surveys for when required
Coordinate BIO collections when necessary
Communicate BIO load information and associated costs to the business
Calculate financial losses accurately and prepare and submit claims to grower
Monitor outstanding claims and proactively follow up to securely timely responses and payments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim records, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and claim statuses are regularly checked.
