Self Employed Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented PAT Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) to ensure that electrical appliances are safe for use. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse results effectively, contributing to our commitment to quality assurance and safety standards.
Duties
- Conduct thorough PAT testing on a variety of electrical appliances in accordance with established safety standards.
- Analyse test results and document findings accurately.
- Identify any faults or issues with appliances and recommend necessary actions for repairs or replacements.
- Maintain accurate records of all tests conducted, including equipment details and outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving testing procedures and quality assurance processes.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to electrical safety testing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in PAT testing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data effectively.

- Own Transport
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
You will be based from home and working at various locations London & home counties.
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: £26,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
