Responsibilities
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for clients
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable eyelash styles
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed and products used
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client questions and concerns professionally
- Stay updated on the latest eyelash extension techniques and industry trends
- Promote additional beauty services offered by the salon to enhance client satisfaction
Skills
- Minimum 2 years proven experience or training in individual eyelash extensions application.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and aftercare advice
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential
- Attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination for precise application
- Organised with good time management skills to handle appointments efficiently
- Ability to work well within a team while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanour
