Gymnastics Instructor / Children’s Activity Coach
Location: The Little Gym Cambridge – Milton, Cambridge
Hours: Heavy Part-Time (30 hours/week) | Weekday afternoons/evenings & Sundays
Growth: Potential to progress to Full-Time (40 hours/week)

At The Little Gym Cambridge, we help children build confidence, coordination, and social skills through fun, structured gymnastics classes. We provide a positive, supportive environment where learning through movement is at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic instructor to join our team. This role specifically focuses on growing our gymnastics program for children aged 6–12 years.

Your Responsibilities

Lead Classes: Deliver fun, safe, and engaging gymnastics-based sessions.
Foster Growth: Build children's movement skills, coordination, and confidence.
Engage Families: Build positive, lasting relationships with parents and kids.
Drive Growth: Act as a brand ambassador to help increase membership.
Collaborate: Work closely with the team to maintain a high-quality culture.

What We’re Looking For

Background: Experience in gymnastics, cheerleading, tumbling, or parkour.
Childcare Experience: Previous experience working with children is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong communication skills with an upbeat, confident personality.
Energy: High physical energy and a passion for youth development.
Attitude: A reliable team player eager to learn and grow.
