What You’ll Be Doing
You will manage a portfolio of customers with their bookkeeping and VAT requirements, including:
· Reconciling bank accounts daily
· Processing of sales and purchase invoices
· Using modern technology and software integrations
· Completing VAT returns
· Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
· Preparing, reconciling and submitting CIS returns
· Creating efficient systems with customers to streamline processes
· Supporting customers with bookkeeping, real-time accounts, and management accounts
What You’ll Bring
· Experience in a UK accountancy practice working for a number of customers at once
· Experience in VAT and CIS
· Experience of using Xero
· Confidence in liaising directly with customers
· Enthusiasm for being part of a team and office environment
