Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to fill the role of '360 in 0x44,' a position that combines technical expertise with hands-on operational responsibilities. This role involves operating heavy machinery, performing mechanical tasks, and ensuring efficient project execution within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, precision, and a proactive attitude to contribute to our team’s success. Duties

Operate a 360-degree excavator with precision and safety, managing various site tasks efficiently
Conduct routine mechanical inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
Assist with site preparation, material handling, and excavation activities in accordance with project plans
Collaborate with team members to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth workflow on-site
Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing appropriate protective gear and adhering to operational guidelines
Support the setup and breakdown of equipment and work zones as needed for different phases of the project
Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, inspections, and work completed for accountability

Requirements

Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators or similar equipment
Valid commercial driving license (CDL) or equivalent certification preferred for transporting equipment or materials
Experience working with excavators in construction, landscaping, or industrial environments
Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and site work
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and operate machinery for extended periods
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project needs
