Link-Force Ltd is seeking a skilled Contract 360 Excavator Driver to join a reputable Commercial Construction company based in Warwickshire, England. In this role, you will be responsible for operating 360 excavators to assist with various construction projects, ensuring the efficient movement of materials and site clearance. The position involves working closely with site managers and other operational staff to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety standards and operational excellence. The successful candidate should demonstrate a high level of professionalism, reliability, and adherence to health and safety regulations to contribute effectively to ongoing construction activities.

Proven experience operating 360 excavators on commercial construction sites
Valid CPCS or NPORS certification for plant machinery
Good understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Willingness to work flexible hours as required
