Full job description

Finance Assistant

Location: Bridgend (with some home working)
Salary: £26,820 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 15 hours per week (flexible working available)

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Finance Assistant to provide administrative support to our finance function.

Working closely with the Finance Officer and the Senior Management Team, the Finance Assistant helps with tasks such as invoice processing, reconciliations, payroll administration support, budgeting administration, and maintaining confidential financial documentation.

What we’re looking for:

Numerate with strong administrative and IT skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience of bookkeeping or finance administration
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
