Van Driver – Worcester
Salary: £28,000 per year, plus performance-related bonuses

Reframe Recycling is looking for a reliable and hardworking 3.5T Van Driver to join our growing team, based in the Worcester area.
The role involves collecting and loading uPVC window frames from trade customers and residential properties across Worcestershire, the West Midlands and surrounding areas. The driver will also cover some of our western routes heading further south, so applicants must be comfortable travelling and occasionally completing longer-distance collection days.
This is a physically active role, and applicants must be comfortable lifting and moving window frames throughout the day.
Customer service is a key part of this position. Our business has grown through reputation, repeat customers and recommendations, so we are looking for someone who is approachable, polite and takes pride in providing excellent service.
We believe in turning up when we say we will, greeting customers with a smile and leaving a positive impression at every collection.
This is not a multi-drop courier role. You will typically complete a small number of collections each day, build relationships with regular customers and ensure materials are collected safely and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving a long-wheelbase 3.5-tonne van
- Travelling across Worcestershire, the West Midlands and surrounding regions
- Covering occasional longer-distance routes heading to the East Midlands, south and west
- Collecting uPVC window frames from trade and residential customers
- Loading and unloading materials safely
- Completing collection paperwork accurately
- Using a smartphone to record collections and take photographs where required
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Keeping the vehicle clean, secure and well looked after
- Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
Requirements
- Aged 25 or over for insurance purposes
- Full UK driving licence with no major endorsements
- Experience driving long-wheelbase vans
- Comfortable travelling outside the immediate Worcester area
- Physically fit and capable of regular manual handling
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and manage your day effectively
- Comfortable completing basic paperwork and using mobile apps

- Waste and recycling
- Removals
- Delivery driving
- Construction
- Window fitting or building trades
- Other physically demanding roles

Training and Support
Full training will be provided.
Successful applicants will spend time working alongside one of our experienced drivers to learn our collection processes, customer service standards, paperwork requirements and safe loading and unloading procedures.
We do not expect new starters to know everything from day one. We will provide the training and support needed to help you become confident in the role and understand how we operate.
