Your Role as an Early Years Educator

Plan and deliver engaging educational activities
Create safe, inclusive learning environments
Build strong relationships with families as a Key Person
Track and report on children’s progress through observations and assessments

Required Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare
Experience working with children under 5
Empathy, energy, and great communication skills
Previous experience as an Early Years Educator , Nursery Assistant, Nursery Nurse, or Nursery Practitioner
