Belle Vue Primary School

Administrative Assistant

37 hours, term time only.

Grade 3 SCP 4-5

£21,182.39-£22,004.33

Here at Belle Vue Primary school we are looking to appoint a confident and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant for our school. You will play an integral part in providing administrative support to the whole school, as well as acting as the first point of contact for parents and visitors alike.

The ideal candidate will:

Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Have excellent organisational skills, be able to prioritise workloads, use their initiative and have a flexible “can do” approach to their work.
Have experience of using Microsoft Office, especially Forms, Word, excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of Arbor MIS system would be advantageous but not essential
