Job Overview

We're seeking a highly organised and engaging Educational Content & Product Launch Specialist to create educational content, host live events, and help customers get the most from our platform and services.

This role combines content creation, training, product marketing, and customer education.

Responsibilities

Educational Content Creation

Write clear, engaging tutorials, guides, and knowledge base articles.
Create step-by-step educational content for customers and partners.
Keep existing documentation up to date as features evolve.

Video Tutorials

Record, present & edit educational video tutorials.
Demonstrate platform features and workflows.
Work with internal teams to plan and script content.
Record, edit, and publish educational video content.
Repurpose livestream and webinar content into shorter videos for marketing and customer education.

Live Webinars & Livestreams

Host regular webinars, live demonstrations, and Q&A sessions.
Present new features and best practices to customers.
Engage confidently with live audiences and answer questions.

Product Launch Support

Help plan and execute launches for new features and services.
Create launch materials including videos, tutorials, emails, and presentations.
Work closely with product and development teams to understand upcoming releases.

Customer Education

Identify common customer questions and create content to address them.
Gather feedback from webinars and tutorials to improve future content.
Become a trusted expert on our products and services.
Ensure all video content meets company quality and branding standards.
Create step-by-step educational content for customers and partners.
Keep existing documentation up to date as features evolve.

Skills

Essential

Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Comfortable appearing on camera.
Experience creating educational or instructional content.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, engaging way.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with video recording and editing tools.

Desirable

Experience hosting webinars or livestreams.
Knowledge of e-commerce, publishing, printing, or SaaS platforms.
Experience with customer training or product marketing
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Comfortable appearing on camera.
Experience creating educational or instructional content.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, engaging way.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with video recording and editing tools.

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
