Full job description

Overview

We are looking for someone who loves a checklist, thrives on organisation and keeps everything running like clockwork. We are looking for a methodical, detail driven file progression administrator to join our busy lettings team. The successful candidate will be highly organised with strong attention to detail, have a methodical approach to tasks and problem solving, a team player who communicates clearly and has ability to manage multiple files.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a growing organisation that values efficiency and attention to detail.

Duties

Manage prospective tenant move in files from start to finish
Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly and professionally to enquiries via phone, email, or in person to applicants and landlords
Ensure paperwork is accurate, compliant and up to date
Support various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing correspondence
Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth move ins

Experience

Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is essential, demonstrating proficiency in office management tasks
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and efficiently
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proven customer service experience, capable of handling enquiries professionally and courteously
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £25,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
