Position: Training Administrator – Full training provided

Contract: Permanent

Location: Irvine, Scotland (Office‑based)

Company: TrainingPlus – part of the Briggs Equipment Group

Salary: £29,000 + Commission (OTE £35,000+)

Hours: Monday and Friday, 8am–5pm

We’re looking for a Training Administrator to join our team. This is a fast‑paced, customer‑focused role that blends administration with sales activity—ideal for someone ambitious, organised, and ready for a new challenge with clear opportunities for growth.

What you’ll be doing:

Customer engagement - speaking with customers to understand their training needs and providing accurate quotes
Managing training bookings and delivering excellent administrative support
Outbound calling to potential clients to generate new business
Building strong customer relationships and ensuring a smooth booking experience
Upselling additional courses and identifying opportunities to add value
Using our CRM system to track interactions and maintain accurate records

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with customers
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
