Job Overview

Join our team as a Front Counter Assistant and become the welcoming face of our healthcare facility! Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to appropriate departments or staff
Maintain organized patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times
Support pharmacy technicians with basic medication dispensing tasks as needed
Provide general assistance to healthcare staff by preparing supplies or documentation

Experience

Previous experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols is highly desirable
Strong communication skills with a focus on patient care and customer service
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
