This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and busy administration team within Psychological Services, a department that maintains a strong commitment to staff well-being.

We are seeking to appoint a skilled and motivated Team Secretary. The role is diverse and includes providing reception coverage, scheduling appointments, performing clinical typing, and delivering administrative assistance to clinical staff.

Applicants should possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities, demonstrate initiative, and work effectively as part of a team. Proficiency in keyboard operation and the capacity to prioritise tasks are essential requirements for this role.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
