Help shape digital experiences that change young people's lives.
At The King's Trust, we're transforming how young people access support, mentoring and opportunities through digital innovation. We're looking for a passionate UX Researcher to help us better understand the needs of young people and mentors, ensuring every digital experience we create is inclusive, accessible and genuinely user-centred.
Working on our MyKT platform, you'll lead research that influences product strategy, design decisions and service improvements. You'll collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and Developers to ensure we're solving the right problems and delivering meaningful outcomes for our users.
What you'll be doing
As our UX Researcher, you'll lead end-to-end research across the product lifecycle, helping teams make evidence-based decisions that improve experiences for young people and mentors.
You'll:
Lead and deliver mixed-method UX research to inform product decisions.
Work with Product, Design and Development teams to shape and improve digital experiences.
Turn research findings into clear, actionable insights that influence product strategy.
Co-design with young people and validate concepts, prototypes and live features.
Champion accessibility, ethical research and a culture of continuous learning.
Manage and coordinate an ongoing programme of user research, balancing current product needs with longer-term strategic insight.
This is an opportunity to use your research skills to create digital experiences that have a genuine social impact. You'll work alongside talented multidisciplinary teams who are committed to designing products that help young people build confidence, develop skills and access opportunities.
