We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Mortgage Advisors.
The successful candidates will be responsible, but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
· Pre-qualification of enquiries with the objective of converting into full mortgage appointments.
· Maintain strong business levels for qualified advisors.
· Meeting expected Team / Company KPIs.
· Understanding and implementation of compliance requirements.
Expectations:
· Demonstrate a proven track record of hitting targets and KPIs.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
· Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
· Excellent attention to detail and pro-active thought process.
As a Trainee you will:
· Learn to provide tailored mortgage and secured loan advice to clients.
· Stay up to date with the latest mortgage products and industry regulations.
· Work closely with experienced advisors.
