This is predominantly an installation role, working on a wide range of heating systems, with a particular focus on Worcester Bosch gas boilers, but the role will continue to grow to include oil & LPG boilers, air source heat pumps and air conditioning systems. We also maintain and service a wide range of gas and oil appliances throughout Teesside, County Durham and North Yorkshire.

- No weekend rota

What You'll Be Doing
- Installing Worcester Bosch gas boilers and full central heating systems
- Installing oil & LPG boilers, air source heat pumps and air conditioning systems (training provided)
- Working with vented and unvented hot water systems
- Fault finding, diagnostics, servicing and repairs where required
- Delivering a first-class customer experience on every job
- Maintaining the high standards our customers know us for
A strong understanding of heating system design, configuration and operation is essential.
Training & Career Development

- Air Conditioning & F-Gas
- LPG
- OFTEC
- Commercial Gas
Existing qualifications in any of these areas would be an advantage but are not essential.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- ACS qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 & CPA1
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- Experience driving commercial vans
- Proven experience installing boilers and heating systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience with vented and unvented hot water cylinders
- A solid plumbing and heating background
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently or as part of a close-knit team
- Honesty, integrity and pride in producing high-quality work
