About the role
As an experienced Supply Chain and Demand Planning leader, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of Supply Chain and Demand Planning professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Develop and implement a rolling Supply Chain strategy to maintain market position
- Ensure compliant, efficient and innovative Supply Chain processes across the organisation
- Oversee delivery of Supply Chain programmes, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards
- Collaborate with Engineering, Technical and Commercial teams to optimise Supply Chain outcomes
About you
You will:
- Demonstrate proven experience in leading a Supply Chain and Demand Planning team within the electronics industry
- Have in-depth knowledge of UK public procurement regulations
- Prove strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Have the ability to innovate and deliver a strategic Supply Chain and Demand Planning solution
- Have experience with ARAS, Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook and Microsoft Project/Visio
- Hold MCIPS
