The Role
We're looking for an organised and reliable Stores & Dispatch Coordinator to join our Operations team in East Worthing.
This is a varied, hands-on role with the main focus on managing our storeroom, goods inwards and stock accuracy, while ensuring customer orders are packed and dispatched efficiently. You will also work closely with our manufacturing teams, helping prepare work for production, supporting finishing operations and assisting other departments when required. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a busy, close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day organisation of the storeroom, ensuring materials and products are stored safely, accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and book in incoming deliveries, checking quality and quantities, reporting any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate stock records and carry out regular stock checks.
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Arrange UK and international shipments using courier and freight portals.
- Produce shipping documentation, shipping labels and customs paperwork where required.
- Update company systems with accurate dispatch and tracking information.
- Work closely with the Pre-Manufacturing and Post-Manufacturing teams to ensure the smooth flow of materials and customer orders through production.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping while following all company procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or dispatch role.
- Good computer skills and confidence using business software.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise work and remain accurate in a busy environment.
- Experience of UK and international shipping would be an advantage.
- A positive, flexible approach and willingness to support the wider team.
