In partnership with the relationship managing director, manage a portfolio of existing clients
Serve as point of contact for front‑office stakeholders
Build strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders based on trust and value
Develop deep understanding of clients’ investment workflows, operating models, and strategic priorities
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and timely resolution of client issues
Manage key CRD initiatives on behalf of the clients
Work with cross functional teams across CRD to ensure high-quality delivery outcomes across BAU and change initiatives. Communicate clearly and consistently with clients and internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and dependencies
Assist the internal Sales team to identify and foster revenue opportunities including additional application modules and services, training, or services
Maintain awareness of market and industry trends and news relevant to CRD and client base
Sustain a strong understanding of the Charles River IMS and keeping up-to-date with current offerings and upgrades
Skills and Experience -
3 - 5 years of experience in relationship management, client coverage, delivery, or product roles within financial services or fintech
Working knowledge of Charles River Development (CR IMS) or similar front‑office investment management platforms (OMS, EMS, compliance, IBOR)
Ability to foster relationships across client organizations, with decision makers, including good personal and working relationships with end users
Demonstrated experience of client-facing projects, including implementations or change initiatives
Experience working with asset managers
Commercial awareness with experience supporting revenue growth and client negotiations
Bachelor’s degree required; project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile) a plus
Proficiency on Microsoft Office (inc. Excel and PowerPoint) and other similar tools (e.g. PowerBI)
Ability to travel to client sites 20% – 40% per calendar year
Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and as a member of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and successfully manage simultaneous priorities
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
