We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, high-quality equipment and ensuring every order is prepared accurately and delivered on time.
We are now looking for an experienced and natural leader to take ownership of our warehouse operations, lead our team and help us continue improving as the business grows.
The Role
This is a hands-on management position for someone who can lead from the front, remain calm under pressure and maintain high standards within a busy and fast-moving environment.
As Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse, managing the team, planning workloads and ensuring all hire orders are picked, tested, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
You will need to be highly organised, confident making decisions and capable of managing multiple priorities throughout the day.

- Organise the loading and unloading of company vehicles and courier vehicles.
- Coordinate incoming returns and outgoing dispatches.
- Liaise with couriers regarding collections, deliveries and service issues.
- Liaise with customers when required regarding deliveries and collections.

- Ensure returned equipment is checked, cleaned, tested and returned to stock efficiently.
- Monitor equipment condition and arrange repairs or maintenance where required.

- Consistently maintains high standards.
- Makes a positive contribution to the wider management team.
Skills and Experience
- A minimum of five years’ experience managing warehouse operations, logistics, fulfilment or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience leading and motivating a warehouse or operational team.
- Strong planning, organisational and workload-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Confident decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
