Full job description

We are looking for a passionate and reliable team member to join our Evening/Nights team play a key role in ensuring our training venue, event spaces, and hotel facilities are ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience

DIMENSIONS

Casual hours between 18:00pm and 06:00am. Flexible, shift based schedule, looking for availability across the week and weekend work when required.

KEY DUTIES:

Working closely with the Assistant Manager - Nights, you will be responsible for setting up meeting and event spaces, maintaining public areas, supporting guests throughout the night, and helping to ensure the safety and security of the site.

This is a varied, hands-on role that combines customer service, facilities support, housekeeping, security, and reception duties.

Key Responsibilities

Set up meeting, training and event rooms to client specifications.
Prepare and test audio-visual equipment.
Clean and maintain public areas, meeting rooms and guest facilities.
Carry out nightly security checks across the site.
Support event operations, including room changes and post-event cleaning.
Assist guests with late check-ins, check-outs, payments and general enquiries.
Respond to guest requests and help resolve issues professionally.
Report maintenance concerns and support site upkeep.
Assist during emergencies as a Fire Investigator (full training provided).

What We're Looking For

Excellent attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
Basic IT skills and confidence using AV equipment.
Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to work nights and weekends.
Previous experience in hospitality, facilities, security, or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
