Duties
- Prepare and pack freshly baked bread for wholesale distribution, ensuring all products meet quality standards
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently, including slicing, wrapping, and packaging machinery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area according to food safety standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the bakery team during early morning shifts
- Follow all food safety protocols and hygiene practices to ensure product integrity
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Conduct quality checks on packaged products before dispatch to ensure consistency and excellence
Requirements
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods during early morning shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach
