Full job description

Are you a food lover who thrives in the kitchen? Do you dream of managing your own small catering unit where your creativity and organizational skills can shine? If so, we’ve got the perfect role for you!

Position: Catering Supervisor
Location: Bridgend
Hours: 27.5 hours per week, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Join our friendly team and take the lead in delivering delicious breakfast and lunch services. Whether you’re a seasoned catering professional or a talented home cook ready to step up, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Whip up tasty breakfasts and lunches that delight our customers.
Take charge of stock ordering, rotation, and deliveries like a pro.
Ensure everything runs smoothly and safely, complying with food safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in Contract Catering: It’s a bonus, but not essential!
Qualifications: NVQ Level 1, 2, or 3 in Food Preparation/Catering & Level 2 / Food Hygiene preferred but definitely not essential
Independence: You’ll thrive working solo in our small catering unit.

This role is a fantastic fit for someone who enjoys the art of cooking and values a healthy work-life balance. With no evening or weekend shifts, you’ll have plenty of time to pursue your passions outside of work.
