About Us

Concept Products Ltd is a family run business established in 1985. We are based in the Southwest of England, supplying branded workwear, PPE, and site supplies right across the UK.

Account Development Manager

A newly created role at Concept Products Ltd

We are inviting applications for a newly created Account Development Manager position at Concept Products Ltd.

This role has been created as part of our review of how we support and grow our customers in the future. It is a new hybrid position combining customer visits with structured office-based account development.

The successful applicant will be responsible for retaining and developing an established portfolio of customers. The role will involve approximately three days visiting customers and two days providing office-based account development each week.

The role will include

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Identifying opportunities to grow accounts profitably

Visiting customers and providing structured telephone-led account management.

Following up quotations, opportunities and agreed actions.

Working closely with Customer Services and the Web Team.

Developing appropriate referrals, warm leads and local new-business opportunities.

We are looking for someone who builds trust naturally, takes ownership, follows through on commitments and is comfortable developing relationships both face to face and over the telephone.

Location

Somerton, Somerset

Hours

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary

£34,000–£36,000 depending on experience, plus quarterly commission

Reporting to

Managing Director Ben Dunevein

The package includes access to a company electric vehicle for business travel, a company laptop and mobile phone, and workplace pension enrolment for eligible employees. A full UK driving licence is required.

Closing date 21st August 2026

Pay: £34,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
