Full job description

We are looking for a part-time sales assistant 10 hours a week, with more available to cover extra shifts.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

Day to day running of a busy retail sweet shop,
Maintaining high standards of customer service
Stock replenishment
Working 5 hour shifts on a rota basis to include some weekends (plus more available subject to business needs)

Required Skills:

You must be able to work independently as well as lead and work team
Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
Be conﬁdent in up-selling.
Have good people skills within a fast-paced retail environment.
Retail experience preferred (training will be given)

The ideal candidate will be positive, fun, friendly and have a professional attitude. You’ll be talking to people constantly and be the face of our store.

Applicants MUST be hardworking, conscientious, fully flexible, reliable, willing to learn and of smart appearance.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Taunton, Somerset: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
