The main deliverables of the role are:

Manage and take ownership of support request, issues, incidents, and defects across shared company applications.

Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills

Work closely with business and engineering teams to ensure transparent communication and efficient issue resolution.

Contribute effectively to the establishment and maintenance of the Platform departmental knowledge, documenting clear instructions and known fixes

Office 365 including Active Directory/Entra

Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk)

Windows, Mac and Linux experience

Basic knowledge of computer networking

VPN, VLANs, LACP and firewall management

Unifi network hardware

Proxmox
