Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin & Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, managing digital and physical records, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain numerical and alphabetical information into company databases, CRMs, and spreadsheets.
Data Verification: Review source documents and files for errors, cross-reference inconsistencies, and correct data discrepancies before processing.
Record Keeping: Digitise paper records, organize digital filing systems, and archive inactive files in line with data retention policies.
Administrative Support: Handle general office tasks, including managing correspondence, sorting mail, answering phone inquiries, and ordering supplies.
Reporting: Generate periodic reports, status logs, and data summaries for management review.
Data Security: Follow strict confidentiality protocols and assist with routine database backups to prevent information loss.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Proven experience (1–3 years) working in a data entry, office administration, or clerical support role.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas) and database navigation. Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms is a plus.
Typing & Accuracy: High typing speed (typically 50+ words per minute) with exceptional accuracy and an eagle-eyed attention to detail.
Organization: Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle repetitive workloads, and meet strict deadlines.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for collaborating effectively with various departments.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in IT or office administration are advantageous.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
