PAT Tester

About Us:
C & M Global Ltd specialises in the export of textiles, second-hand children’s toys and end-of-line clearance stocks. We are looking for a proactive and hardworking individual to join our team.
The Role:
We are seeking reliable and detail-orientated PAT Testers to join our team in Seisdon, focusing on the testing of end of line and return stocks.
The role plays a key part in maintaining safety standards and supporting efficient stock turnaround.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) on end of line and return stocks
- Inspect products for damage, wear, or faults prior to testing
- Accurately record test results and maintain clear documentation
- Label and categorise tested stock appropriately
- Identify and report faulty or non-compliant items
- Work closely with warehouse teams
- Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and maintained
- Follow internal compliance and health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous PAT testing experience essential (certification desirable)
- Good understanding of electrical safety standards
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Organised and able to manage workload effectively
- Basic IT skills for recording and reporting test results
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed

Hours:
- Full-time: 37.5 hours, but overtime may be required - Monday to Friday
