Are you an organised, detail driven administrator who thrives in a fast paced environment? Converge UK is looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to join our Sales Operations team, supporting our customers and Business Development Managers with exceptional accuracy, communication, and service.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting things right first time, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, customer focused approach.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Checking and approving Customer registrations.
- Checking customer requests and suitably booking these in for collection.
- Completing paperwork for the customer collections.
- Sharing the workload from joint email address.
- Complete Customer Asset Management, Rebates and general reports in line with customer and business expectations.
- Input daily intake/checks into ITAD support system.
- Completing and sending the Customer Certificate of Disposal.
- Ensure the collection and rebate log is kept up to date in line with invoicing and orders.
- To communicate with customers as required by telephone, e-mail or letter.
- Understand and achieve SLA’s.
- Deal with complaints swiftly - correct recording and escalation.
- Various Administrative support to the ITAD sales team and the ITAD Support team.
- Provide break, lunch time, holiday & sickness cover for reception (this is distributed across all sales admin).
