Full job description

Location: Westbury Trading Estate

Salary: Very competitive rates of pay

Hours: Full Time – 40 Hours per week Monday-Friday 0800-1700 (Overtime available)

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic person to join our large modern Body Shop based in Westbury. We are looking for a Vehicle Prepper who is keen to be a part of our team. Training will be provided up to our standard of work but you must have previous experience in order to apply

Prepare the vehicle to go in to the paint shop or on completion, ensure that vehicle is to a showroom standard
Sanding down panels
Priming the panels
Using filler to repair the damaged body panels
Ensure that there are no discrepancies with the work completed

What we expect from you:

Working as part of our successful refurbishment team, you will be able to demonstrate:

A great eye for detail and quality
Work well under pressure
Outstanding attendance, great at time keeping and achieving targets
Completing the work to a high standard as expected once fully trained
Comply with the Health and Safety Procedures
Working well as a team and Liaise with your colleagues
Be flexible to learn different roles throughout the bodyshop and helping your colleagues where necessary
To maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times

Although we are advertising a specific job position, we actively encourage employee development and you will hae the opportunity be trained in other areas of vehicle body repair.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: In person
