Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Evening Office Cleaner to join our team in Tring. This role involves maintaining a clean and hygienic office environment during the evening hours, ensuring a professional and welcoming space for staff and visitors. The position is part-time, requiring just 2 hours of work each weekday, making it ideal for individuals seeking flexible employment. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial duties is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. The successful candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high standards of cleanliness.

Hours of Work

6:30pm to 8:30pm (Monday to Friday)

2 Hours a day / 10 Hours a week

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces within the office premises
Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
Clean and disinfect communal areas such as kitchens and bathrooms
Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is advantageous but not mandatory
Attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable with good time management skills to complete tasks within the allocated time frame
Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is desirable but training will be provided for those new to the field

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a consistent evening routine while contributing to a clean and professional office environment.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
