Working closely with Operations, IT, and customers, you'll develop impactful reporting and dashboards, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver solutions that enhance efficiency, service, and business performance. ✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Act as the primary liaison between Operations and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements and driving change initiatives through to implementation
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and other reporting tools
- Analyse, investigate, validate, and cleanse data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with business requirements
- Conduct testing, quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and root cause analysis to support system improvements and resolve recurring issues
- Partner with Operations, IT, customers, and key stakeholders to identify reporting opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions
- Manage system and reporting change requests, including stakeholder communications, testing, issue resolution, and benefit tracking
- Investigate and resolve data, reporting, and system issues within agreed service levels, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed

- Previous data input experience with excellent attention to detail is essential
- Experienced in using SQL's, Power BI and Microsoft packages is essential
- Strong Administration skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - Verbal and written
- Ability to use appropriate tools and methods to transform data into meaningful outputs
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, using statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques
- Proven IT and mathematical skills
- Stakeholder management skills
