Grade: O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday - Thursday 7.30 - 16.00, Friday 7.30 - 12.30
Location: Gloucester, GL3 4AQ

We're now looking for a Senior Warehouse Logistics Operative to play a key role in managing daily warehouse and logistics operational activities.

If you're a proactive leader with a passion for logistics, we want you on our team!

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

Oversee the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and distribution of goods, support team members, and help ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
Allocate work and provide guidance to warehouse operatives.
Train and mentor new and existing team members.
Monitor warehouse performance and help achieve productivity and quality targets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
Identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
Experience of managing a team
MHE experience or willingness to learn.
