As the Group continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Administrator to support our evolving HR function and contribute to the delivery of consistent, high-quality people services across our businesses.
What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of HR administration and payroll coordination activities across the Techcomp Europe Group. You will work closely with the HR team, Finance teams, payroll providers, managers, and employees to ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain employee records, and support the delivery of HR initiatives and processes.

Key responsibilities include:
Payroll Coordination
· Coordinate the collection, preparation, and submission of monthly payroll inputs across multiple Group entities.
· Process payroll changes including new starters, leavers, salary amendments, contractual changes, bonuses, overtime, commissions, and leave adjustments.
· Liaise with Finance teams and external payroll providers to support accurate and timely payroll processing.
· Maintain payroll trackers, records, and audit trails.
· Conduct payroll validation checks and resolve or escalate discrepancies where required.
· Support the ongoing development of a more standardised and centralised payroll coordination model across the Group.
· Handle payroll and employee data with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.
HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle
· Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files, ensuring compliance with GDPR and company standards.
· Prepare contracts of employment, offer letters, employment changes, and other HR documentation.
· Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities across the Group.
· Support recruitment administration, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding arrangements.
· Assist with performance review and annual salary review administration.
· Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and HR correspondence as required.
HR Systems & Reporting
· Support the administration and maintenance of the Group HR Information System.
· Ensure employee data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
· Produce regular and ad-hoc HR reports, including headcount, absence, turnover, and payroll-related data.
· Assist in improving HR processes, documentation, and reporting capability.
Project & Policy Support
· Provide administrative support for HR projects and strategic initiatives.
· Assist with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
· Support organisational structure updates and organisation chart maintenance.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR and payroll processes.
General Support
· Act as a first point of contact for routine HR and payroll queries.
· Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and HR-related activities.
· Build effective relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders across multiple countries and business units.
· Provide general administrative support to the wider HR team as required.
What You'll Need to Bring
We're looking for a highly organised and collaborative administrator who enjoys working with people, systems, and data. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, handling confidential information, and delivering a high level of customer service to employees and stakeholders.
Essential Experience & Skills
· Experience in an administrative or coordination role.
· Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Experience & Skills
· Experience within an HR and/or payroll administration environment.
· Interest in, or working towards, a CIPD qualification.
· Familiarity with HR systems.
· Experience working within a multi-site or international organisation.
· Proficiency in one or more European languages, preferably German, French, and/or Spanish.
· Experience supporting payroll processes across multiple countries would be advantageous.
