Full-Time Videographer – Content & Production

Salary: Starting from £27,000–£28,000 per year, with progression up to £45,000 based on performance, commitment, and length of service.

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Videographer to join a fast-growing digital brand and become a key part of our content production team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves filming, enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment, and wants to help produce engaging content across a variety of platforms and projects.
You’ll be working closely with the team to capture high-quality content, support productions, and occasionally travel for shoots and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Filming high-quality content for social media, YouTube, and digital platforms
- Supporting content shoots, productions, and creative projects
- Travelling with the team for shoots, events, and campaigns when required
- Setting up and operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- Capturing behind-the-scenes content and day-to-day moments
- Assisting with editing and post-production during quieter periods
- Organising and backing up footage to ensure an efficient workflow
- Helping prepare equipment and locations ahead of filming
- Working closely with the wider creative team to deliver engaging content
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous videography experience (portfolio or showreel required)
- Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio
- Good eye for composition, storytelling, and visual quality
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel when required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Full UK driving licence is preferred
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience working with creators, brands, or digital content
- Basic editing skills using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Drone licence or experience operating drones
- Photography experience
- Knowledge of social media content trends and platform requirements
