Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing & Content Executive to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility and engagement. Your creativity, analytical mindset, and organizational skills will drive impactful campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring our messaging resonates with target audiences. Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to B2B audiences, utilizing channels such as social media, email marketing, and digital advertising
Manage content creation including blog posts, website updates, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand voice and SEO best practices
Optimize website content using WordPress and improve search engine rankings through effective SEO strategies
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing projects on time and within scope using project management tools
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools; prepare reports to inform future strategies
Oversee social media management across platforms, engaging with followers and growing online presence
Manage digital advertising campaigns via Google Ads, monitoring budgets, keywords, and ad performance for maximum ROI
Utilize Adobe Photoshop for creating compelling visual content that enhances marketing materials
Support email marketing initiatives by designing campaigns, segmenting audiences, and tracking engagement metrics
Lead efforts in B2B marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with corporate clients and partners
Demonstrate strong communication skills to craft persuasive copy that drives customer action
Create online events/ posters through the website & socials, working directly with our Entertainment Booker for bands & live events.

Experience

Proven experience in digital marketing or content management roles, preferably within a B2B environment
Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads
Proficiency in WordPress for website content management and updates
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop for visual content creation & graphic design
Excellent copy writing abilities with a focus on engaging storytelling and clear messaging
Familiarity with social media management platforms and strategies for audience growth
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently using project management software; strong time management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and presentations
Effective communication skills in English; ability to collaborate across teams seamlessly
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage campaigns independently while working within a team setting
