We're Hiring: Front of House Team Supervisor

Location: The Fox at Walton, Walton, Wetherby
Position: Part Time / Full Time Front of House Team Supervisor
Salary: £13.00 to £14.00 per hour depending on age and experience, plus tips

Shift Pattern: 15/40 hours a week
Start Date: July 2026

Are you ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Front of House Team Supervisor to join our team at The Fox at Walton – a friendly, community-focused pub known for great food, drinks, and service with a smile.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with bar or floor supervising experience who is eager to learn, and grow with our friendly, independent business. You will aim to develop on a personal and professional level and thrive to grow in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

Be a first class host and communicator
Take responsibility and lead our operation
Drive and develop a young team
Pay great attention to detail in all aspects of our guest’s journey
Aspire to be a key player in the company
Enjoy developing your knowledge of food, wine and beer

About You:

Experience in hospitality – supervisory experience is essential
Keen to take on more responsibility and get to management level
Reliable, confident, and great with people
Willing to learn all aspects of working in a pub
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
