We are currently looking for a Locks Operative to join our Production team.

Each day, you’ll be:
- Working within a fast-paced locks assembly department
- Assembling small components and fittings for locks
- Proficient use of hand tools
- Handling and precise assembly of key components
- Identifying and reporting faults or defects
- Keeping areas clean and tidy
- Day to day management of your workload, prioritising tasks.
About you:
- You will have experience assembling small components
- You will be an organised, friendly, and outgoing person
- You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- You will be self-motivated and have a willingness to get stuck in.
- You will have the confidence and ability to talk to colleagues in different departments, and at various levels within the business.
- You will work as part of a team, working closely together to deliver an exceptional service.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
