Full job description

We have a fantastic opportunity at one of our beautiful pub resturants, The Millhouse, for an experienced Senior Sous Chef.

We are having a refreshing new look this September, as we invest another £220000 into this already very busy site.

With this, we are looking for a strong leader with great skill set to help support and drive our new offer.

Working with our friendly, established and busy team, you will aid to advance our kitchen into the next stage, to create fabulous, freshly prepared dishes – using the best of seasonal, local ingredients, with a refined smokehouse element.

Food is at the heart of our business, and we pride ourselves on delivering the best experience to our customers, rooted in the best of modern English cuisine.

We are passionate about providing our people with fantastic opportunities for progression and development, and this role offers the scope for you to build your career, across all our sites, and access in-post training opportunities.

You’ll need to be an experienced , Sous Chef with strong management experience, and a passion for fresh food and a love of kitchen camaraderie.

A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for the Senior Sous Chef position.
