Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Grill Chef to join our dynamic culinary team as a Live-In professional. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency. Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of grilled dishes along with the full menu, so a CDP level will be needed, according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and meets safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area at all times
- Assist in meal planning and ingredient preparation to optimize efficiency during service
- Serve dishes promptly while maintaining high quality and presentation standards
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and support smooth kitchen operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment operation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in meal preparation and serving is highly desirable
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
