Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bakery Team member. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and food preparation, along with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety. You will play an integral role in the production of our delicious baked goods, ensuring that every item meets our quality expectations.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and production of various baked goods, pastries, and cakes.
Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the bakery area, adhering to food safety standards.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and other baking tools.
Collaborate with the bakery team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering when necessary.
Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of baking techniques.
Front of house demonstrating excellent customer service.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the bakery and all equipment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food production or preparation is highly desirable but not essential as full training provided.
A background in culinary arts or baking is an advantage but not essential.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked products.
