Honiton | Winslade Park, Exeter

Full-time or Part-time | Office Based
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 (pro rata for part-time)

Robson Group is a growing independent business with specialist teams across Financial Advice, Mortgages, Accountancy and Property.

We are looking to recruit two Group Administration Leads to join our team—one based in Honiton and one based at Winslade Park Manor, Exeter.

These are key office-based roles, providing high-quality administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our offices, and delivering an excellent experience for both clients and colleagues.

About the Roles

Both positions will involve core administrative responsibilities including:

Managing incoming client calls and enquiries
Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors
General office administration and support
Managing incoming and outgoing post
Ordering stationery and office supplies
Supporting internal teams with day-to-day operational tasks
Maintaining high standards of organisation and professionalism across the office

Honiton Role

The Honiton-based role will primarily support our Wealth Management and Mortgage teams.

Experience working in, or supporting, a financial advice, wealth management, banking, or mortgage environment would be highly advantageous.

Winslade Park Role

The Winslade-based role will primarily support our Accountancy and Lettings teams.

Experience working in, or supporting, an accountancy practice, property, lettings, or professional services environment would be highly advantageous.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Proactive and willing to take ownership
Strong team players with a positive attitude
Experienced in administration, office management, or client support roles

Most importantly, we are looking for people who enjoy being the central point of support within a busy office environment.

What We Offer

Salary of £25,000 – £28,000 (pro rata for part-time)
Full-time or part-time opportunities
