Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant

Our client is expanding their Cardiff team and is looking for a Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant to support in person marketing and customer awareness campaigns on behalf of a nationally recognised UK charity.
This is an entry-level opportunity that combines face-to-face marketing, customer engagement, and sales. Successful applicants will help increase campaign visibility, raise awareness, and connect with members of the public through meaningful conversations in residential communities and other high-footfall locations across Cardiff.

What You'll Be Doing
- Representing charities campaigns in residential and community-based environments
- Raising awareness and educating members of the public about important initiatives and services
- Creating positive first impressions and engaging customer experiences
- Conducting face-to-face marketing activities designed to increase campaign visibility and support
- Speaking confidently with potential supporters and answering questions
- Assisting individuals through a simple supporter registration process
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with campaign leaders
- Working within a supportive and fast-paced team environment

Earnings & Progression
- Average weekly earnings of £650–£750 OTE
