About Boiler Sure

Boiler Sure is one of Scotland’s fastest-growing heating and home cover brands, trusted by thousands of homeowners and known for our bold, modern, customer-first approach.

We’re growing fast, expanding across Scotland, and now building an in-house media team to take our brand and customer experience to the next level.

That’s where you come in.

The Role

We’re looking for a creative, energetic videographer/content creator who wants to build something BIG, not just “make videos”.

Your job is to turn Boiler Sure into a media brand:

capturing real stories
designing digital content
producing short-form videos
creating YouTube episodes
building our online presence
helping us become the most recognised heating brand in Scotland

If you’re obsessed with social media, storytelling, and creativity, this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Create short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Film with our team - engineers, office, installs, customers
Edit high-quality videos with captions, graphics & thumbnails
Capture photos for marketing, landing pages & ads
Help build our new YouTube series & campaigns
Track performance and generate fresh content ideas
Bring energy, creativity and personality into the brand
Join our team on installs, repairs & community content shoots
Write simple captions, scripts and hooks for social posts

You’ll have full creative freedom - we want someone who wants to experiment, innovate, and grow with the brand.

What We’re Looking For

Strong videography + editing skills
Experience making short-form social content
Confident behind the camera and able to direct people
Creative thinker who loves coming up with ideas
A natural storyteller with attention to detail
Someone hungry to grow, learn and be part of something big
Must be comfortable filming in homes, offices and on the road

Clean driving licence preferred

You don’t need 10 years’ experience.
You DO need talent, drive and ambition.
